5/30/21 FILET MIGNON WITH MUSHROOMS ON CROSTINI
This Sunday I made Filet Mignon. The recipe is from Mastering the Art of French Cooking by Julia Child on page 297. The filet is the best cut of meat, and Julia Child doesn’t disappoint. The mushrooms added a good texture, and the steak was perfectly cooked. It was tender and very flavorful. Julia Child always does an amazing job, but this recipe is one of my favorites I have made so far. I also made a tomato and corn salsa which I have made before from It’s About Time. As before, it was also good.
