For this week’s entry, I am posting my first attempt at making bread.  I used a recipe from the New York Times.  The recipe was designed to be very easy and provide people the ability to make fresh bread.  I made a plain bread this time.  In the future, I want to start adding things like nuts.  The bread turned out crispy, but soft in the center.  It cooked perfectly.  It turned out better than most breads you can buy.  You just can’t beat fresh bread.
