8/1/21 MACAROONS
This Sunday’s entry is macaroons. I made this recipe before for Passover, but that was before I started the blog. The macaroons are covered in a chocolate ganache I made. If you don’t have a double boiler, you can use a small sauce pan filled with water and put a metal bowl over it. Make sure you don’t burn the chocolate, so consistently stir it and keep the temperature low.
